NAIFA has been addressing the needs of those new to the industry for more than seven years with its Young Advisors Team (YAT) program. YAT groups around the country have been helping new and young advisors with their connections, helping them to establish their influence and giving them a sense of stability and variety.
Sessions and events at NAIFA’s Annual Career Conference and Annual Meeting sponsored by YAT also help foster the sense of community amongst these advisors and provide them with the knowledge they need.
